At ProjectorScreen, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home cinema investment. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or contact our support team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within the 30-day return window.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the item in its original manufacturer packaging, including all manuals, cables, and remote controls to ensure a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label or your own insured shipping method to the exterior of the box and drop it off at an authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned equipment for quality assurance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
